Our restaurant is located in the historic centre of Palazzolo Acreide, in the heart of the Iblei, between Syracuse and Noto and hosted by a landmark location with typical Sicilian architecture characterized by vaulted ceilings and bare stone. The restaurant is characterized by two small rooms that offer a quiet and highly familiar atmosphere. Our kitchen uses only first-choice ingredients, from local meats to fish. We select the best ingredients to make our dishes. Choosing the best wine to pair with a word is essential. It is necessary to balance a series of elements and find the right balance to enhance the various flavours.
