La Mia Sicilia is a typical Sicilian trattoria where the succession of the seasons is respected to rediscover the products, the flavours and the aromas of the territory and cooked according to tradition. The search for raw materials is always constant, keeping our products at the forefront, such as ancient grains, meat exclusively from the family business, lamb, Hyblaean pigs, and our local calves still raised on pasture. The fish is also the protagonist, this too cooked respecting seasonality and traditional recipes. Sicilian and national wines and desserts complete the proposal of the Palazzolo restaurant.
